Candy Snack and Gift shop at the Aloha Stadium is looking for part time employees to help operate a booth at the flea market on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Pay: $17/hr. plus tips - longer term position and sales projections bring more hourly pay up to $20/hr plus.
Duties and responsibilities include
- Offering samples of candy & snacks to potential customers passing by and at booth
- Conducting customer service and sales to customers
- Having superb product knowledge for gift buyers of each item we have
- Conducting cash and credit card transactions
- Counting inventory each day for a variety of different products/snacks and candys
- Enduring rain, heat and/or sun for 8 hours or more.
- Assisting in physically opening a candy shop for sales each day; placing 6 ft tables and 4 four-foot tables out for setup, putting up and taking down a variety of vinyl banners in different sizes, carrying and offloading storage containers that weigh 30 pounds or more 3 days per week.
- Standing for 8 hours or more during the day when operating a booth
This is a part time positions and we are looking for someone who can work all 3 days but if you’re interested in only a weekend position, we are OK with that just specify if you can do 3 days or weekends only. Mandatory training minimum of 3 working days before starting.
