Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Energy Expert to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and have a proven track record of sales success. As a Solar Energy Expert, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, and closing sales of our solar energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products and services.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to each customer's unique requirements.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
- Familiarity with Oahu's local market and regulations related to solar energy is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
