We are a small locally owned retail shop, who shares the Aloha Spirit in the form of gift giving. We are a dynamic, friendly, and fast-paced workplace looking for Full-Time Sales Associates who are reliable, enthusiastic, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. No retail experience? Compensation:
Starting Pay: $16.00
After Probation Period: $18.00 - $20.00
Employment Type:
Part Time or Full Time (Perferably)
Shifts:
10am - 7pm [5 days a week (we are flexible)]
Job Responsibilities:
-Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
-Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit
-Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
-Perform daily maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, and cleaning
