We’re a fast-growing technology company working on content acquisition and recognition (ACR focused on TV media). We’re seeking an intermediate-level Python developer with strong AWS proficiency to join our team on Maui. This is a unique opportunity managing and working on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Python applications, lambdas, api gateway, selenium scrapers, postgres DB
Design, implement, and manage AWS solutions, including cloud infrastructure, deployments, and security.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
Work flexible hours and off-hour shifts as needed to ensure 24/7 management and support of our production systems.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and feature enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
Solid experience with Python development (minimum 3 years preferred).
Proficient with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Comfortable with off-hour work for system support and maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large-scale data harvesting and processing projects.
Understanding of modern API design and cloud architecture best practices.
