On Labor Day 2023 we opened the new space called The Studio by Hawaii Sanctuary by Saima
Hawaii Sanctuary by Saima Spa in Kailua Kona added a brand new 550 sq.ft. Studio. We are already making a name in the community for luxurious, 5-Star Service. We currently offer Massage, Body Treatments and Facials but are now opening our version of a space where wellness and fitness can be practiced. The Space is call called "The Studio".
The vision is for "A Fitness Space for Everyone" meaning that we welcome and are excited about everyone, no matter fitness level, age, shape and size, etc. If that resonates with you, we want to meet you!
The plan is that both locals and visitors alike can come and expect the most high integrity execution of all kinds of different types such as:
- Yoga ( yin, restorative, hatha, vinyasa flow, one on one private, etc)
- Barre ( different levels of advancement)
- Qigong or Thai Chi
- Personal Training
- Dance Fitness (hip hop, workout, Zumba, etc)
- Breath Work
- Sound Healing
- Mat Pilates
- Hula
- Self defense
- Community Classes (ukulele, etc.)

- relaxing and grounding design and colors

- Barre on the other side

- booking and payment site online
- ample online presence for ads and marketing to fill classes
We are excited to listen to what type of class you can offer. An existing clientele is a plus.
