In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, providing exceptional technical support to customers, and ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
Diagnose issues with mobile devices and determine appropriate repair solutions.
Perform repairs on smartphones and tablets, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and internal component repairs.
Utilize hand tools and soldering techniques to complete repairs accurately.
Analyze schematics to understand device layouts and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Provide technical support to customers regarding device functionality and software issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Document all repairs performed and update customer records accordingly.
Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer service experiences.
Requirements
Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting and field service operations.
Familiarity with schematics for mobile devices is essential.
Experience using hand tools for electronic repairs is essential.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to provide effective technical support to customers.
Previous experience in a similar role or relevant technical certification is a needed.
