Job Duties:
Inspect building systems, components and equipment regularly to identify potential issues;
Troubleshoot any issues and bring to the attention of the building manager;
Repair faulty equipment and components or procure licensed contractors when needed;
Make minor building repairs within the guidelines of handyman work;
Assemble or disassemble equipment;
Perform routine and preventative maintenance;
Maintain a record of maintenance and repair tasks;
Follow safety rules and applicable state building codes; and
Perform other similar duties assigned.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8 AM- 5 PM)
Should be Available on weekends
Should be flexible to be on call during evenings
