Work with our current project team to learn our current project processes
Install, maintain, and repair office networks
Test and troubleshoot issues with network communication
Pull, route, and label CAT6 and other forms of network cable
Install various support structures, including cable racks, j-hooks and innerduct
Install network switches and other network infrastructure equipment
Ability to develop clear documentation as well as follow already established documentation
Attend project kickoff (phone/video) meetings with clients, set expectations and review timelines
Update clients at least weekly with the status of their project(s)
Update internal staff as necessary with the status of each project
Train our staff how to support completed projects
Manage projects in our project management system
Work on professional growth objectives with manager; set and achieve goals and deadlines
Basic Requirements
Two years of experience in a related field would be preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email
Must live on Kaua'i and have reliable transportation
