If you are able to fulfill the following requirements and are interested in learning a trade, you too could be a part of our organization and an employee-owner.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Commitment and desire to learn a trade through work experience;
Strong customer service skills;
Able to lift and carry, with proper equipment, up to 100 lbs;
Able to work any day, including weekends;
Able to drive, with proper training, Company vehicles including but not limited to forklifts and vans;
Able to use, with training, required tools and equipment to prepare and install flooring materials;
Able to follow written and oral instructions;
Able to climb stairs;
Able to kneel for extended periods of time;
High school diploma or equivalent;
Willingness and ability to perform all required duties and additional duties as needed.
Applicants with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Work Hours: 7:00 am to completion of job. This is a non-exempt position.
Work Days: Five days/ week; any day, including weekends.
