Who We’re Looking For
Dependable, eager to learn, and detail-focused.
Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and power tools.
Team-oriented and open to training under experienced glaziers.
Pride in craftsmanship and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
Assist a Lead Glazier with measurements, installs, and finishing work.
Learn to measure, cut, and fit glass with precision; every detail matters.
Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized.
Develop your skills toward independent work in 6–12 months.
Communicate clearly with teammates and project leads.
Preferred Qualifications
Some construction or related trade experience (preferred, not required).
Valid driver’s license.
Familiarity with hand/power tools; carpentry knowledge a plus.
Able to lift 75 lbs regularly; physically fit for daily labor.
Drug-free (mandatory).
