Seeking Carpenter; handyman or handywoman. Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and fixing appliances. Cooking and cleaning are optional; If you can do domestic help, then your job will last much longer after home improvement jobs are completed. Pay is $40 per hour. You will receive a 1099 tax form at year end. You will be expected to pay your own taxes. You will be paid as an independent contractor.
Job hours are 1PM to 7PM. After you can work on your own, you can come earlier and longer hours. A highly skilled carpenter may get 300 hours of work.
The house is close to the Waikiki-Kapahulu library, the zoo, and the Kapahulu Rainbow Drive Inn.
You must be willing to do a background check. I will pay for the background check. If I call you, I will ask to see your i.d. and ask for references.

This home has one elderly person that is immune-compromised (non-contagious) and at high risk to viruses. The ideal person must have low contact exposure to other people.

About us: work will be for two people: an elderly woman and her adult son. Because one resident is a health risk, we are looking for someone that is willing to follow the highest level of social distancing practices.
