CORE DUTIES:
· Have a proven track record of safety
· Possess a willingness to “do whatever it takes” to facilitate the completion of each unit
· Prepare each unit for completion, which commonly includes:
-Paint Finish / Touch-up
-Finish Trim
-Caulking
-Vanity Installation
-Baseboard Installation
-Cabinetry Installation
-Light Fixtures
-Cleanliness
-Removal of materials
