We are looking for a full-time carpenter helper/laborer that can assist with interior and exterior residential construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with wood framing, blocking, and layout
- Support finish carpentry—trim, doors, cabinetry, and punch work
- Load/unload materials, prep tools, and maintain clean job sites
- Learn specs, safety, and builder standards from the ground up
- Support concrete prep and structural detailing as needed
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and uphold crew standards
Qualifications:
- Ability to use hand and power tools, layout, and measurements.
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Willing to learn and grow
- Have problem-solving skills and pay attention to details.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Must have own set of basic carpentry tools
