Established Hilo Area General Contractor seeking experienced, well rounded, quality workers for new custom home projects.
We do many trades in house. Your demonstrated experience in the following trades is desired: foundations, framing, painting, metal roofing and finish carpentry.
Being capable of doing these trades with minimal supervision is key. We are not looking for beginners or “handymen”.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have several years of fulltime home building experience
- The ability to understand and follow plans and layouts
- Capable of problem-solving and leading other crew members
- Own your own tools for use at job sites
- Have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
- Be dependable, honest, & hard working
