At Bernardo's Painting, we believe in rewarding skill and experience. Our compensation structure is designed to reflect your expertise:
Base pay:
Crew Lead: $30-$35 per hour
(Must have demonstrated Leadership abilities, along with a high level of skill in all aspects of painting)
Journeyman Painters: $27-$30 per hour
(Must be capable of working independently on various projects.
Proficient in painting tasks and techniques. Knowledge of how to set up, clean and operate sprayers, pressure washers, and other equipment used on the jobsite)
Skilled Painters: $23-$26 per hour
(Experience with foundational skills such as pressure washing, mildew washing, prepping surfaces, masking, rolling, cutting-in. Able to set up planks, ladders, and carry 40-60lbs safely, and efficiently)
Bonus Pay available:
Bonuses distributed for consistently completing jobs on time, on budget with good customer feedback.
Observation Period:
All new hires will undergo a two week observation period where their skills and work quality will be assessed. This period will help determine the appropriate pay rate based on demonstrated abilities and expertise.
