H1 Construction is a Honolulu based construction company specializing in high end residential homes with projects all over the island. We are looking for an organized professional with an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in all phases of finish carpentry and a minimum of 5 years experience in high end residential construction.
Other required qualities:
- Familiar with construction standards and codes
- Extremely organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, problem solver
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Has own transportation and valid DL
- Team player
- Has own personal working tools
- Can read and understand plans, shop drawings, and gantt charts
- Ability to recognize the balance between speed and accuracy
- OSHA Compliant
- I-Pad friendly
