GM Construction, Inc. is looking for a finish carpentry foreman to work on our high-end, residential projects.
Applicants must have at least five years of experience working on high-end homes.
Must be able to pass a drug test and have reliable transportation with valid driver's license, registration, and insurance.
If hired, will be expected to work forty hours per week. Part time work is unavailable.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Finish Carpentry Foreman oversees the Finish Carpentry crew on-site under the direction/supervision of the Finish Carpentry Superintendent.
As a Finish Carpentry Foreman, you will perform finish carpentry work as well as the following:
- Assure the crew has the materials needed to complete the work per the schedule
- Layout work prior to it needing to be executed
- Assign work to crew members and communicating/tracking deadlines based on the schedule
- Follow and enforce all safety policies/laws
- Training crew members
- Ensure that company tools are maintained, cared for, safe to use, and available to use when needed
- Pick up materials
- Collect/submit timesheets and review them for accuracy
