We have a portfolio of apartment buildings and rental properties and need a full-time repair and maintenance person starting at $30/hour. The position would start on a 60-day trial basis. We offer full company paid medical insurance and paid vacation time after the trial period of 60 days. Following the 60-day trial period, housing can also be provided for a qualified candidate.
Requirements include but are not limited to carpentry skills and all handyman work skills. Valid driver license, transportation and automobile insurance are required.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and occasionally additional hours on weekends, as necessary.
