Job Description:
Position: Full-time
Location: Wahiawa, HI
Salary/Hourly Rate: Based on experience

Responsibilities:
Inspect and evaluate the structural integrity of buildings, including walls, floors, roofs, and foundations, to determine necessary repairs.
Repair, replace, and restore damaged wood structures (framing, trim, flooring, windows, etc.) to their original condition or according to updated specifications.
Safely demolish damaged or deteriorated wooden structures, ensuring proper disposal of materials.
Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and other fixtures.
Repair or replace damaged structural framing members, beams, joists, and supports.
Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of tools and protective equipment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Requirements:
Carpenter experience
Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
Ability to pass a background check
Valid Drivers License
High school diploma or equivalent
