We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to fill our Mobile Auto Detail Technician position.
A Plus Auto Detail Kaua’i is a fast- growing mobile auto wash and detailing service company.

Work Schedule:
25-40 hours per week
(to be discussed/flexible options)
Pay:
$27.00 per hour to start
with significant increases based on performance

Our technicians are the face of our company
You must be motivated to learn the necessary skills to work independently as a professional mobile detail technician. You must arrive on time and interact professionally with our customers. Once you have developed the skills to be a mobile detail technician you MUST be comfortable recommending additional services to clients when their vehicle needs more work than initially expected. Technicians must also be comfortable engaging with potential clients who may approach them about our services while on the jobsite/at customer’s home or workplace.
You need to be driven, have good communication skills, and have excellent customer service interaction
This includes a no vape/smoking policy when at or near jobsites or within the company service truck. Our mobile detail technician will need to like working outdoors and be in good physical shape to handle a fast-paced environment.

Job Training:
Our training process consists of approximately 2-4 weeks or approximately 60-100 hours. The faster you learn the process, the faster we assign a mobile unit so you can start taking care of customers and earning more money!
What you need:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.
English fluency required.
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
No experience needed – we will train you!
