We are searching for a positive, hard working person to add to our team! We offer:

What we are looking for from you:
-positive attitude

-some plumbing and electrical knowledge
Duties include (but not limited to):
-cleaning around the site
-sweeping mopping and wiping down laundry rooms
-painting
-checking and changing light bulbs as needed
-removing foliage
-breaking down cardboard
-blowing/cleaning trash enclosures
-passing out and/or placing notices
-fixing water pipes (not in units)
-run irrigation, fix minor issues, report others (irrigation knowledge a huge plus)
-pressure washing parking and side walks
