At Home Hawaii, a real estate sales & property management company, seeks a part-time employee to join our residential real estate team to service homes, mostly on the east side of the Big Island, with home repairs/improvements to the homes we sell or manage. The optimum person should have the basic knowledge and experience with: carpentry, drywall & exterior repairs, painting, simples electrical & plumbing, and be able to repair windows & screens, doors & hardware, cabinetry, etc. Basically, a multi-talented all-around fix-it person who pays attention to details. Must be able to lift 50lbs. and climb a ladder when necessary. This handy person must be licensed to drive their own reliable insured vehicle and have a positive attitude. A competitive compensation includes an hourly wage $20 - $30/hr. depending on experience, plus vehicle/mileage reimbursement. If this person grows with us to a full-time employee, health insurance, paid vacation, retirement plan, etc. would also be included.
