We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience, reliability, and integrity to join our team as a full time technician. Tasks include drywall patching and repair, painting, furniture assembly and repair, picture hanging, light bulb replacement, and other similar tasks.
Qualifications: Must have relevant maintenance or construction experience. Must be able to lift at least one hundred pounds, stand on a ladder, push, pull, reach/stretch, and have the ability to speak and understand English.
Must be able to work efficiently, follow directions, and pay attention to details.
Must have tools and transportation.
Pay based on experience. Avg pay $22-25. Senior techs make $65,000/yr with OT. Overtime available once probationary period and training completed. Training provided. Medical and drug benefits as well as 401(k) and profit sharing included.
Preference will be given to candidates who have a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
