Sundari Gardens is looking for a part time handyman. We’re a community center, a farm/garden and host a number of social events. We’re located in Kalapana about 10 minutes south of Pahoa. Our place is beautifully cultivated.
We’re looking for someone with all around fix-it skills. Knowledge of solar, plumbing, small engine repair and basic woodworking a plus. Looking to find someone that can be self sufficient and be a project leader as you will potentially be managing other people on various tasks. You should work with others well.
Hours are from 8-1 five days a week (with some flexibility). Your tasks will vary quite a bit depending on our needs at any current moment. More hours may sometimes be available if you want them. The ability to be available for phone/text consultations during off-hour emergencies is helpful. The pay starts at $30 an hour. A free membership to our spa is included. No substance use on the job.
