As a Large Format Production Assistant, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that produces stunning, large-format graphics and displays. We pride ourselves on being the best in the business, using cutting-edge equipment and processes to deliver exceptional quality faster and more consistently than anyone else.
What You’ll Do:
Create a wide variety of visually striking graphic products for our clients using the knowledge you’ll gain of different materials, substrates, and laminates.
Work with state-of-the-art printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality work on time, with minimal waste.
Assist our Installation Team by traveling to client sites to install our amazing creations, ensuring that they look perfect in any setting.
Read and interpret work orders to determine the right materials and print specifications for each project, tracking progress to meet deadlines.
Ensure prints are measured to exact proportions and sizes, maintaining consistency across projects.
Wrap, package, and prepare finished products for delivery, making sure they’re ready for installation or shipment.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, properly storing materials and handling chemicals with care.

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50 pounds unaided, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks that require bending, reaching, squatting, and pushing/pulling.
Valid driver’s license.
Comfortable climbing ladders and operating lifts.
No experience required – we’re willing to train the right candidate! However, if you have 1-2 years of large format production experience or mechanical troubleshooting skills, that’s a plus.
