The ideal candidate will be career driven, drug free, goal and family oriented. Have extensive knowledge in phases of the position applied for.
Ideal Candidate Qualities
-Familiar with Construction Standards and Codes
-Extremely organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem solver
-Strong verbal handwritten communication skills
-Has own transportation and valid driver’s license
-Team Player
-Has own personal working tools
-Can read and understand plans, show drawings and Gantt charts
-Ability to recognize the balance between speed and accuracy
-OSHA Compliant
