Job Description:
We seek a skilled Finish Carpenter with expertise in trim, molding, doors, cabinetry, and high-end finishes. Precision, detail orientation, and quality craftsmanship are essential.
Responsibilities:
Install trim, molding, baseboards, and crown molding
Fit and install cabinetry, shelving, and custom woodwork
Install doors, windows, and related hardware
Sand, stain, and finish wood surfaces
Interpret blueprints and specifications
Maintain a clean work area
Adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications:
Proven finish carpentry experience
Proficient with carpentry tools
Ability to read blueprints
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Physical stamina and dexterity
Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
Carpentry certification
Custom cabinetry and millwork experience
