Jobiste lead /assistannt
I'm looking for a responsible individual with experience in all phases of residential remodeling. We have several projects across the island but this is for work in hawi. I am looking for someone that's a jack of all trades. I need someone who has knowledge in lots of trades and knows how to apply it at the Jobsite. I have this experience and can tell if someone is just talking story. Experience To include but not limited to shower and tub installation, duroc and shower stall prep for tile. Cabinet installs. Plumbing repair, flooring install , framing , trim work , door installation painting, countertop install etc. . I am not looking for a expert but I also don't want to spend time training. Be willing to follow directions and a schedule. We are a fast paced business and need someone that can jump in oue crew and make a difference. Must be self motivated and able to work unsupervised I have to much going on to babysit all day Must have own hand tools a cell phone reliable transportation ( truck is a must) will need materials transported from time to time. Looking for one or 2 guys to handle various things around jobsite from landscaping to clean up and anything in between. I need someone who can operate power tools. Make accurate cuts and read a tape measure etc. Own tools a plus . Must have transportation and a cell phone. No drugs or drama full time work
