Aloha Graduates and Young Men,
We are a small construction company that is looking to train / teach a motivated individual many aspects of the construction trades and industry. We do a lot of different scopes of work, including excavation / site work, concrete, framing, finish carpentry and more. As well as operate different kinds of machines, like skidsteers, mini excavators, and gradalls. Must be reliable, hardworking, heat tolerant(work in the sun all day), able to lift 100 pounds off the ground, have a legal truck or car to get to work, your own cell phone, and a good attitude. We have trained many in the community and some are now foremans or supervisors. Starting pay is $18-$22 depending on experience. Drug test is required. Part time - Full time.
