OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance ensuring a well-maintained project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in landscaping maintenance, lawn care, Irrigation systems and horticulture.
DUTIES:
As a Landscape Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Performing regular lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, and edging.
Maintaining landscape hedges and ground cover areas using proper pruning technics.
Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
Irrigation system maintenance including Time Clock management, broken sprinkler repair, broken valve repair and troubleshooting skill.
Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensuring all equipment is maintained in good working order and reporting any issues promptly.
EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in landscaping or landscape maintenance.
Familiarity with horticulture principles and practices.
Mechanical knowledge related to the operation of landscaping equipment and tools.
Experience with gardening techniques and plant care.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
Valid drivers License with own transportation to work.
JOB LOCATION: One job location, 40 hrs a week, flexible schedule. Lower Kona Palisades.
PAY: Experience determines: Starts: $26.50 / up
