Landscaping Company Hiring: Reliable, Hardworking Crew Member team leader position (Haiku & Upcountry)
We’re looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our landscaping team, working 4–5 days per week maintaining beautiful properties in Haiku and Upcountry.
What we’re looking for:
Experience: Prior landscape maintenance and/or installation experience preferred.
Interest in organics: Familiarity or enthusiasm for organic gardening is a plus.
Leadership potential: Must be able to work independently and confidently guide others.
Physical ability & reliability: You’ll need reliable transportation and be ready for hands-on outdoor work.
Pay: Starting at $25/hr+, depending on experience.
The role:
You’ll begin as part of the crew to learn our properties and standards. Depending on your experience, you’ll transition into a team leader role, running maintenance jobs with one or two helpers.
Typical tasks include:
Operating zero-turn mowers, weed whackers, and hedgers
Driving trucks with trailers
Weeding, mowing, trimming, and digging
Fixing irrigation systems
