We are seeking an energetic and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have high work standards and excel at working with customers. You will play a crucial role in installing and maintaining solar electrical systems, ensuring they meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
This is a salaried Monday to Friday position.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components of solar installations.
-Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national codes.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in solar systems.
-Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
-Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions professionally.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
-Valid Hawaii Journeyman Electrician License.
-2 years of solar electrical experience is a plus.
-Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety practices.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
