Looking for finisher carpenter(s) for residential & commercial renovations and build-outs. We are looking for carpenters with the ability to do residential work like kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, floors, windows, framing, and most any interior work as well as restaurant and business build-outs. Exterior work experience preferred but not mandatory. Looking for immediate employment. Jobs are island-wide and pay is $40/hr or bid by the job. Work will be as a sole proprietor and be on a per-job basis. You WILL NOT be an employee of the company. Having a crew is also preferred but not mandatory. Our company is growing and looking for multiple new crews so we can continue to take on more jobs.
Criteria for employment as follows:
1. Must have smartphone.
2. Must have legal and working vehicle.
3. Must have your own tools.
4. Must have at least 10 years experience in finish carpentry.
5. Must have at least 10 jobs completed with photos of quality of your work.
6. Must have client references.
7. Must have great attention to detail.
8. Must have a GET license. Yearly proof of tax clearance will be required for continued employment.
