WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor II to join our Island Palm Communities team located in Wahiawa, HI.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing residential maintenance operations. You will also provide quality control functions, manage subcontracted activities, training, coaching and staff development, and you will participate in on-call rotation as a supervisor. This is a hands-on supervisor role.
This opportunity offers a pay rate of $67,600 annually.
