GSE Mechanic
Requires: a minimum of two years of full-time verifiable job-related experience in an automotive, diesel, or agricultural equipment service setting; knowledge in the use and selection of a wide variety of hand and power tools common to this automotive trade; the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using electrical and hydraulic schematics. Responsible for repairing, conditioning, and maintaining equipment; daily equipment inspections; performing scheduled Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI’s).
Requirements:
Ability to obtain airport security clearance with no Criminal Record
Strong oral and written communication skills
Able to assess and explain problems and recommendations
High School diploma or equivalency
Valid Driver’s license and good driving record
Automotive ASE certification a plus
Military experience welcome
Compensation: commensurate to experience
