Established solar company is looking to hire an Operations Manager as our current Ops Mgr. is retiring. This person will train under our current Ops Mgr. through the end of the year. This position includes overseeing all of the operations of our solar company, including Solar Water Heating and Photovoltaic, Residential and Commercial Installs. We are looking for someone with great leadership skills, good communication skills, someone who is organized, and has a will to get the job done.
