Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Photovoltaic Installer/Working Manager to lead our installation teams while also being hands-on in the installation process. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of photovoltaic system installations, overseeing team performance, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of photovoltaic installers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Perform hands-on installations of photovoltaic panels, electrical wiring, and other components.

Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations.

Coordinate project schedules, resources, and team assignments.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installations.

Conduct quality control inspections and ensure installations meet company and client expectations.

Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.

Provide training and mentorship to junior installers, ensuring continuous skill development.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a photovoltaic installer.

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.

In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic systems, electrical wiring, and installation procedures.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and relevant codes and regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site issues.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
