Pono Hana Builders is looking for some motivated guys needing full time work. We are a rapidly growing company and looking for guys that want to grow with us! We are a Kona based company.
Looking for the following
-Laborers, no experience needed, must be able to work hard in the heat and sun, able to learn.
Starting at $27/hr
-General Carpenters, 2+yrs experience in concrete, framing, demolition, and finish work.
Starting at $40/hr +depending on experience
-Machine Operator, 2+yrs experience operating, machine maintenance.
Starting at $38/hr +depending on experience
-General Foreman, 5+yrs experience leading crews in Masonary, carpentry, Demolition, Framing, Finish Carpentry
Starting at $55/hr +depending on experience
30day probationary period. After the probationary period, we will reassess your pay.
We have multiple crews that do all aspects of building. From site work/excavation, demolition, concrete work, framing, and finish carpentry. We do just about every aspect of building so it is never monotonous. We are willing to train and get you to the next level of the trades. We are looking for guys that are or can be well rounded in all trades. Majority of our work is in the resorts on very high end residential homes.
Must have or be able to do the following-
Reliable transportation
Valid Drivers License
Smart phone for clock in app
Professional manner
Able to lift 75lbs
Work in the heat all day
Able to learn
Be a team player
We strive to malama our team with bonus’s, lunches, fuel cards, building materials, and tool / equipment access. Pay period is weekly.
We do have high standards, and strive to do the best quality work on the high end level of construction.
