Perform precision tune up’s (maintenance/cleanings) on mini split and central air conditioning systems. Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus but not a must. What is a must is a good and positive attitude, showing up to work on time, not calling out for problems that are not our problem. Meaning, the day starts at 8:00 a.m. so whatever family matters need attention should be dealt with on your time and by 8:00 a.m. should be ready to work and the daily work assignments might go until 5:30p.m. Willing to learn the HVAC trade and show an interest in progressing from a PTU Specialist to a Diagnostic Technician as a Diagnostic Technician has a higher pay grade. We are not looking for someone to fill a slot for a “job” but a person that is ready for a career that will make them successful as they learn the trade and become a member of our team. Jimmy has over 25 years experience in the industry and ready to pass over the knowledge for free if he can find that special guy or girl that is willing to learn and follow instructions. Lastly, if you have a past, and you will know what I mean by this if you do, I will say that my company is Christian based, doesn’t mean that it is a requirement to be Christian only that we recognize people make mistakes throughout life and that you are guaranteed a second chance. We do require a drug test before employment is granted. There is also a 90 probation period where you may be drug tested again at any given time as well as if once hired there will be periodically drug tests performed.
