Key Responsibilities
-Clarify project objectives, deliverables, and scope.
-Develop detailed project roadmaps that outline schedules, tasks, resources, and financial plans.
-Build and manage project teams, providing effective leadership.
-Address and negotiate matters related to change orders, information requests, and contractual obligations in a timely fashion.
-Spearhead project planning and execution processes.
-Oversee financial management of projects, participating in monthly budget assessments.
-Monitor and communicate project status to all relevant stakeholders.
-Anticipate and mitigate project risks with proactive strategies.
-Foster relationships with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure excellent service and long-term collaboration.
-Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality and adherence to project standards.
-Review project outcomes to identify enhancements for future initiatives.
-Manage all aspects of project closure, including documentation, record-keeping, financial input, follow-up activities, and team debriefings.
