CCF Maui Construction Inc. A residential construction company is looking for an experienced, sharp project manager with drafting skills and excellent computer skills (typing 60 wpm and dynamic use of spreadsheets).
To take care of the following tasks:
-New Projects measuring and take-offs.
-Drafting additions/remodeling projects using Chief Architect software, interacting with clients, architects, and engineers. We have a training program for you to learn Chief Architect drafting software in 2 months. Previous knowledge of residential drafting is required for this position.
-New construction and remodeling estimating.
-Jobs Scheduling using Microsoft Office.
-Field superintendent assists with daily forms, ordering materials, and accurate layouts.

You must be trainable and willing to take on our company's policies.
You must provide us with references and have at least 10 years of experience working as an estimator or a project manager.

We pay by the hour (40 hours per week min.) according to experience and performance coordinating jobs.
You'll be keeping daily reports of your work using a time-tracking app for billing purposes and to keep daily written records of everything we do.
