Non-Profit Affordable Housing Apartment complex with need of a maintenance person to do custodial work and general property upkeep in Kekaha.
Overview:
- Three days a week, 5 hours a day
- On-Call for emergencies or urgent situations
- Starts at $25/ hour
Description (Full Description and Duties to be discussed in interview):
- Landscaping small lawn and walk ways
- Custodial care of 13 unit walk up building
- "Handyman" duties as need to repair plumbing, electric, change locks, etc.
- Deep clean individual apartment unit for unit turnarounds (as needed)
- Reports to Financial Controller/Property Manager
Expectations:
- Good Attitude
- Available 3x/week and for an on-call emergency as needed
- Good Communication ( job is in Kekaha, but main office is located in Anahola)
- Skilled in maintenance
