Small licensed general contractor looking for an experienced, organized, and positive-minded subcontractor with carpentry and all-around remodel experience to manage and execute remodel projects. Looking for someone that can manage a project on their own from start to finish. Must have own transportation, tools and be a self-starter. Pay will be as a subcontractor and based on bids and/or agreed upon T&M rates. High earning potential.
