Looking for a couple guys to assist in the remodeling of several home in the areas listed above.
Looking for 1 person who has experience in home remodeling, a jack of all trades (drywall, paint, cabinets, plumbing carpentry, tile, flooring lvp, etc ) that can coordinate labor and progression of the job. I am not looking for a manager im looking for a working foreman, someone that can take direction and not be babysat make sure projects hit time lines and stay on budget. On-site from start to finish demo to complete. Must have a truck and tools to be considered for the role. Cell phone and communication is required. Full time available pay is negotiatable D.O.E no drugs or drama. You will be asked to leave day 1 if you misrepresent yourself. Don't waste yours or our time.
Looking for 1 laborer to assist in demolition cleanup, landscaping and more assistant to lead foreman on the job. Must have experience and reliable transportation
