About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and skilled roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems for residential and/or commercial properties. Attention to detail, safety awareness, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship are essential.
Responsibilities
Inspect, repair, and install different types of roofing materials (e.g., asphalt shingles, metal, tile, flat roofs).
Identify roof damage and provide accurate assessments and repair recommendations.
Ensure all work meets safety regulations and company standards.
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar construction trade.
Knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety procedures.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
[Optional] Certification or training in roofing or construction safety is a plus.
