As a Jobsite Superintendent, you will be a pivotal figure in overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and managing construction sites efficiently. General Contractor is looking for a jobsite superintendent for residential and commercial construction. Applicant must have prior experience in all phases of construction, take ownership of their projects, a proven track record of on time project delivery and a great attitude.
Duties:
1. Coordinate all work activities on site (sub-contractors, manpower, materials, safety)
2. Prepare 3-week look ahead schedules and procurement.
3. Will be responsible of Quality Control.
4. Prepare daily progress reports.
Will be provided complete office support from Engineers, PM’s and Project Engineers
5. Makes recommendations and participates in the planning of construction operations.
6. The successful candidate schedules major construction tasks, engages the services of local subcontractors (including the authorization of overtime and the approval of payment).
7. Outline’s work programs and designates critical areas and priorities.
8. Plans the sequence and number of construction activities to be placed in progress in the operational program.
9. Prepares the major construction equipment list for the project and monitors the assignment of equipment required by each craft to ensure maximum efficiency.
10. Provides detailed scheduling of daily construction activities and coordinates between the company and subcontractors to avoid conflicts.
11. Maintains surveillance of labor performance, manpower allocation, and effective use of tools and equipment.
12. Ensures the use of sound construction practices to attain required quality control at the maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
13. Monitors subcontractor operations including enforcement of all contractual obligations.
14. Initiates and obtains acceptance of appropriate back charges to subcontractors.
15. Understands and applies the company labor relations policies.

Qualifications
1. MUST have 10+ years of lead on-site management experience.
2. MUST have ground-up multi-family, multi-story concrete structure build experience with structures built.
3. Strong leadership and knowledgeable in the trades especially concrete and the use of precast concrete.
4. Must have OSHA Certifications
5. Bachelor's degree in construction related field (or equivalent construction related work experience), as well as 12+ years of experience in field construction is required
6. Experience in the construction tools and technology
7. Concrete and structures experience required
8. Requires a comprehensive knowledge of construction related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry practices.
9. Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
