Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of skilled labor tasks, including carpentry, framing, concrete forming, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in skilled labor
Knowledge of construction techniques and safety regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Valid driver's license
Must have tools.
High school diploma or equivalent
