Based on the breathtaking Big Island of Hawaii, Kailani Tours Hawaii LLC is seeking an energetic and personable Adventure Guide ready to share the hidden gems of our island. Your Role:
Greet guests with a warm “Aloha” as you set the stage for an extraordinary tour across the Big Island.
Engage visitors with fascinating stories, insider tips, and fun facts about our unique island attractions—from volcanoes to lush waterfalls and pristine beaches.
Ensure guest safety and comfort by managing tour logistics and answering questions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Collaborate with a dynamic team, stepping in to help where needed to create unforgettable experiences for our visitors.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
Excellent public speaking, communication, and customer service skills.
Previous experience in customer service; prior tour guide experience is a bonus.
Ability to memorize and articulate key facts about the Big Island in an engaging way.
Exceptional English communication skills (bilingual abilities are a plus).
Basic computer skills for managing digital and paper reports.
Must hold a valid Hawaii driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physically able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform essential tour activities.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Professional, friendly, and passionate about delivering an authentic Hawaiian experience.
