Dolphin Discoveries is seeking professional boat Captains to join our team. Dolphin Discoveries has been operating in Keauhou Bay for over 25 years. We are looking for outgoing and dedicated Captains to join our team of marine professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport guests and crew.
- Supervise crew and boarding of guests.
- Enthusiastically communicate with our guest about Hawaii’s marine life.
- Assist with the care and maintenance of company equipment.
Required:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current USCG 25 Ton Master's License Minimum or Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel (6-Pack)
- Current CPR/First Aid certified
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift/maneuver 45lbs
Preferred Skills:
- Work well in a team environment
- Follows direction well and able to multitask
- Knowledge of Hawaii’s marine mammal and sea life.
Compensation:
- Up to $65,000.00 per year.
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission
- Gratuity
