Three Tiki Sailing is hiring for experienced captains with us for part time or full time positions.
Position: Captain
Requirements:
Minimum USCG 50-ton license with sailing endorsement
Multihull sailing experience
Minimum 2 years in the large capacity tourist charter boat industry
Knowledge of local moorings and conditions off Waikiki
Ability to work long shifts (12-13 hours)
Working closely with owners and management to communicate crew and operational needs
Basic engine and boat maintenance
Great interpersonal skills to interact with guests and crew members
Excellent references
